Hesed is the Hebrew word used to describe God’s kindness, generosity, and compassion.  On December 20, 2009, we gave away envelopes containing random amounts of money.   We asked those who took an envelope to use the money to bless someone in a practical way.  Jesus said we should help those in need.  What if we were all looking for ways to invest in people?  If we would pray, look, and listen, I’m sure that we would find ways to help others.  We created this space for you to share your Hesed stories.

The Israelites set out on a great exodus from Egypt to the Promised Land, but their journey took a dramatic detour that lead them through adversity and 40 years of wandering in the desert.  Each of us is on a journey through life where there are times of adversity and wandering.  Join us for this seven part series where we will track with the Israelites’ exodus and learn how God uses The Journey to address our greatest needs in life.
